In some poker rooms like GG or Stars, it may only have big blind in some hand. HM2 works. But HM3 reports error when import this kind of hand. Can we support it in HM3? By the way, does HM3 support PokerStars short deck hand hisory?

If you get import errors with HM3 you need to send us the hands for testing with screenshots/details of the errors as instructed at the end of this troubleshooting guide.
No. This feature request has been documented in detail and provided to the developers for future consideration. *If you want to be notified if/when it is added please send an email via the 'Contact Support' link and include "Notify Me When HMT-4341 Is Resolved" in the subject line and body of the email.
I have noted the same issue. When there is a dead small-blind and it is folded to big blind, an error is generated. This is a situation when either the pot = Big Blind, and Big Blind wins Big Blind (error)... OR when the pot is considered $0.00 (big blind is returned to big blind) and Big Blind wins $0.00 (error). Both situations cause an error, but there is no other way to look at the hand other than these two scenarios. So, I believe Hold'em Manager has a bug. BTW, I am getting this error when generating OHH hands (rather than using PokerStars and/or a poker sites Hand Histories)
Send us the original site hand history file for that hand from the C:\HM3Archive, and the exported OHH versions of the hand(s), in a zip file to us as instructed at the end of this Guide.
fozzy71, If the site isn't stated as a supported site, then will you guys even bother looking at it? This is from PokerNow.club, not a supported site. However, I do generate an OHH file, which HM3 does support. Should I still send both, or should I just send the OHH file?
I just replied to your post in the other thread. Yes, please send us the hands/summaries for testing. Our developers created the OHH and OTS specs so that 3rd party developers could add HM3 support for previously unsupported sites so if the files you are generating are not working then they will try and help you sort any issues with the files.
