Auto import doesn't work when I set auto import folder by myself

I am playing PokerMaster and use elite hand grabber for PokerMaster. Since elite keeps crash from time to time. I get another hand grabber from another company. When I use that hand grabber and set hand history files folder inside elite folder, hm3 auto import works. And hm3 auto import doesn't work when I set hand history files folder to other place. How do I fix it and make hm3 auto import working whatever folder I set? Thank you.
