    Default All my HUDS and POPPUPS disappeared

    Hi

    Suddenly and i donīt know why all my HUD disappear.

    i was replaying some hands, then i changed the HUD in the replayer.. HM3 Crashed.
    Then, after opening my HM3 all my HUDS dissapeared,

    Someone can help? it takes TO MUCH time to config my own hud and poppups.

    Hello,

    I'm sorry to hear you're having issues with the software.

    - Close your poker clients, close HM3, and right-click - 'Exit' the HM3 Server icon in the Windows Notification Tray.
    - Please update to our latest internal pre-release beta version of HM3 from this link - https://www.holdemmanager.com/downlo...on=3.1.24.8512
    - Restart HM3 and ensure HM3 and the HM3 Server (Auto Import/HUD) are fully started.
    - Launch your poker client(s).

    If you continue to have problems:

    - Open Windows File Explorer and browse to 'C:\Users\{UserName}\AppData\Roaming\Max Value Software\Holdem Manager\3.0\Hud\Data' - and look for any files with a '.corrupt' extension
    - If you can't see it, turn off the windows option that is hiding that directory - https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/...0-1166d1d9f4b5
    - If you can't see the extension, turn off the windows option that is hiding that extension - http://faq.holdemmanager.com/questio...es+in+Windows+

    If you see 'corrupt' files then something happened to corrupt the files and I am not sure if we can save them but you can zip them and send them to us for testing with a link to this thread in a support ticket - https://support.holdemmanager.com/

    If that does not solve it, the only thing I can suggest is to import the HUD again from any HM3 exported backup copy, or from HM2, etc if you have it. If you do not have a backup to import then you will have to recreate it, unfortunately.

    Hi!

    I'm not in the pc to try it now, but I'll follow your instructions later.

    About the backup.. thats the problem, I don't have one.
    Isn't there any backup of the HUD in some folder? Because it's weird. Can't even see the Notecaddy HUD, just the HM3 defaults.

    There are 2 files that control the HUD profiles and related popups saved in C:\Users\{UserName}\AppData\Roaming\Max Value Software\Holdem Manager\3.0\Hud\Data. If they were modified there should be .backup versions of the files in the same location.
