    Default Export hands error

    I've been trying to export all my hands from the last 12 months. Around 400k hands, the bar loads (takes about 25 mins) and says export complete but the hands do not appear in the HEM3 exported folder. I tried to create a new folder on my desktop and tried the export to that file and it still didn't work. I've tried to export 5 times and no luck.

    You most likely do not have enough free space on your system drive for us to use 'Temp' space needed for the export. We recommend you maintain more than 20% free space on your system drive. Please see this FAQ to clear up some more free space.

    p.s. All your original hands from the past 12 months are easy to gather/copy from the archive folder. All original hands that are auto-imported get moved to an archive for performance reasons. Your \HM3Archive is in C:\HM3Archive by default, but you may have put it anywhere. The archive should be organized by \Network\Month\DayOfMonth (example: C:\HM3Archive\SiteName\2016\07\31).* It is configured in the Tools - Settings - Import menu.

    I've got 430GB of 1TB free. Surely this is enough free space?

    That should be plenty of free space for 400k hands.

    Please create a support ticket via the 'Contact Support' link with a link to this thread and your forum username. Please reproduce the problem and attach a set of log files and a screenshot and detailed description of the issue in the support ticket you created.
