Can't install latest update

    Default Can't install latest update

    Was prompted to install update 3.1.24.0 from the app. Have been getting Installer stopped responding messages for the last 2 days. The installation file is on my PC but I get that installer stopped responding when i click "install"

    Should I uninstall HM3 and try a complete re-install?

    - Close your poker clients, close HM3 and right-click - 'Exit' the HM3 Server icon in the Windows Notification Tray.
    - Uninstall HM3 with this file.
    - Download and install the latest stable version of HM3 from this link.

    Note: This uninstall process will not affect your database, HUDS, or other custom user settings.

Please reproduce the problem and attach a set of log files and a screenshot and detailed description of the issue in the support ticket you created.
