    Default Can't install HM3

    Hi,

When I try to install HM3 I just get a message saying the setup wizard has ended prematurely.

Also, I can't log into my old account on this forum because I forgot my password. There is no password recovery button. So after I registered for a new account using the same email as my old account the password recovery button pops up. I followed the instructions(which was very frustrating and difficult due to every message being written in the smallest text I have ever seen) but when I use the username and password you provided to my email it says it's wrong, and I have to wait 15 minutes before trying again. So in the end I made this one, using a different email. Very, very frustrating user experience.

    - Please restart your computer.
    - Please download HM3 from this link - https://www.holdemmanager.com/downlo...channel=stable
    - Download the attached HM3_install_log_v3.1.23.0.bat.zip file.
    - Then right-click the ZIP file > 'Extract All...' - 'Extract' it and it will open a new folder with the extracted HM3_install_log_v3.1.23.0.bat file.
    - Create a new folder on your system C:\HM and copy the HoldemManager_3.1.23.0.msi installer and HM3_install_log_v3.1.23.0.bat file to within the C:\HM directory you just created, so you end up with a folder similar to this - https://www.dropbox.com/s/46nam5fucz..._5789.png?dl=0
    - Then right-click - 'Run As Administrator' the HM3_install_log_v3.1.23.0.bat file and it will run the HM3 installer and create a HM.log file in the C:\HM directory and open the directory in Windows Explorer.
    - Try to finish HM3 installation.
    - Then zip (right-click - Send to - Compressed folder) the C:\HM\HM.log file - https://www.dropbox.com/s/1j8nnk9a19...HMlog.png?dl=0 - to a support ticket - https://support.holdemmanager.com/support/category/19 - and let us know if HM3 installed properly or failed again.
    - Also zip/attach your \Desktop\HM3logs folder files if it did install - https://kb.holdemmanager.com/knowled...les-to-support

You can't make two forum accounts with the same email address or same forum user name, so your previous forum account was likely a different email address and forum user name combination.

Please 'Contact Support' with a link to this thread and your forum username(s) and email(s) and we can review your forum account(s) and manually change the password, make sure the new password works, and send you the new password with instructions on how to change it once logged in.
