HM3 doesn't track hands in People's Poker

Hello, when I play on People's, the hud works perfectly, but in the reports there are no hands.
In "site settings" I found the right folder, in which I have noticed that the files of the hands remain there. HM3 doesn't import them, also if the hud works.

In the other sites I play everything works.

How can I fix it?

If you have already played some hands for that site and the HUD was working you just need to switch the active player and/or create an alias as instructed in this guide - https://kb.holdemmanager.com/knowled...reate-an-alias
