TN2 stuck on NovaRed theme

TN is not working at all for me. None of the preset bets or other hotkeys work/register.

TN2 is stuck on NovaRed theme which I have never used or even heard of. I am using Mercury on Pokerstars. I wonder if this is the issue?

I have tried running both as admin.
