TruePoker(WPN) Blitz HUD/Auto import isn't working

I have sent feedback from the HM3 but I would like to solve this issue as quickly as possible so I am leaving the post here as well.

As I mentioned in the title, my HUD/Auto import isn't working for the True Poker client. Previously I have played on ACR, BCP, and both worked fine. As you can see in this image, auto import files are detected. I run HM3 as admin. I have tried reinstalling both True poker and HM3. Any tips and help would be appreciated. Thank you.

Posting a duplicate here will only delay a solution as now we have to reply to the same post(s) twice.

- Close your poker clients, close HM3 and right-click - 'Exit' the HM3 Server icon in the Windows Notification Tray.
- Please update to our latest beta version of HM3 from this link.
- Restart HM3 and make sure HM3 and the HM3 Server (Auto Import/HUD) is fully started.
- Launch your poker client(s).
