holdem manager 2 license disappeared from my account

Hi so I tried to open HM2 today and my license didn't work. I checked my holdem manager account and all of my licenses disappeared. I'm wondering If someone could help and explain this to me. My license was saved when I try to input it into hm2 when it asks but then it says no activations left on this license.

You must have logged in to our site with the wrong email because I can see your HM2 license linked to the same XxxxxxxxXX@hotmail.com email address that your forum account is linked to. Please login to our site with that same email address then reset your HM2 license profiles under your Store Account - 'My HM2 Data' tab.

Your HM2 license is valid on two computers that you own. If you receive the message "there are no more activations available", you can reset your code. For the steps to reset your Holdem Manager code please see this FAQ.

If you continue to have problems, please reproduce the problem and send your HM2Logs folder with a detailed description of what you were doing and what problems you were experiencing.
