Default issue with second site showing up in results

    hey team,

just recently started playing on ACR and have correctly added the username under my alias (when i check results for just my new acct all the hands are there) but when i revert back to my alias (both ignition and new ACR account) it only shows my ignition hands and results? not sure if this makes a diff but in active session it still shows my ACR tables as being registered....

    thanks!

i'm thinking it's due to the fact that HM2 is recording them in different timezones? would solution be to adjust the offset?

Make sure that the Site Time Adjustment is properly configured such that the Time Stamp in the Reports for the hand matches your local windows clock time.

If you continue to have problems: Unfortunately HM2 support ended on Dec 31, 2020. You will need to upgrade to HM3 for future technical support. You can read more about the HM2 End Of Life here.
