импортирование базы ХМ3 в ХМ2 и ошибки в ХМ3 р

При импорте базы из ХМ3 в ХМ2 не все руки переносятся - теряется процент рук из 40к переноситься только 30к как решить данную проблему ???
И ещё один вопрос руки которые ХМ3 собирает из рума ipoker неверно считываются в количестве ББ как исправить ошибку ?

Unfortunately HM2 support ended on Dec 31, 2020. You will need to upgrade to HM3 for future technical support. You can read more about the HM2 End Of Life here.

And one more question, the hands that XM3 collects from the ipoker room are incorrectly read in the number of big blinds, how to fix the error?

If you continue to have problems please zip and email the problem original hand histories and tournament summaries to us as instructed. Make sure you also include screenshots of your reports/filters and a detailed description by tournament number, session, hole cards, filter, stat, etc. of some of the errors we need to test.

When sending any files please zip them (select all files with CTRL+A > right-click > send to > compressed folder) before attaching them to an email. If the attachment is larger than 10MB please upload them to a file hosting site like https://wetransfer.com/ or https://www.filedropper.com/ and copy/paste the download link directly into the support ticket email.

Как уже отметил коллега, первым делом следует обновить ХМ3 до свежайшей беты.
А если проблема не исчезнет - отправить логи ХМ, сформированные сразу после ее проявления, через систему "Послать отзыв". И добавить те файлы историй, которые неполностью обработались.
