Default Ignition tournament edits get overriden

HM3 is unable to identify all MTT tournaments. All MTT tournaments are identified as xx table SNG (9max), so I manually edited them to remove the SNG tag to MTT(9max), but after a while, such edits get overriden by automatic detections again and become xx table SNG (9max) again.

This information is not available to pull during play. Make sure you request the hand history files after play to get the information we cannot pull.

I know this. These are not the grabbed hands. These are the hands downloaded from ignition after 24hrs of play.

I don't recall reports of this and have never noticed it with my own IGN hands but I don't play many test tournaments there and I mostly play SNG when I have to test tournaments.

Please zip and email the original problem hand histories and tournament summaries to us as instructed at the bottom of this FAQ with a link to this thread and your forum name. Make sure you also include screenshots of your reports/filters and a detailed description by tournament number, session, hole cards, filter, stat, etc. of some of the errors we need to test.

Make sure you send us both the live play hands and downloaded hands if possible.

Actually, I may have figured out the reason. I usually re-import the whole ignition hand history folder, which includes previous tournaments that I have edited. Does this redo the tournament detection and overwrite my previous edits?

Yes, that will likely cause the issue you are reporting. Once (i.e. each time going forward) you have imported the downloaded hands from C:\Users\{UserName}\Ignition Casino Poker you should manually move them (i.e. cut/paste) from that folder to a different archive folder. I archive all my original hands to my Google Drive so I move mine to C:\Users\fozzy\Google Drive\Personal\HMArchive\HMArchive - IGN downloaded hands\. My auto imported hands get archived to C:\Users\fozzy\Google Drive\Personal\HMArchive\HM3Archive\.

Hi, this does NOT solve the problem. To reproduce this issue, get two ignition MTT tournaments. With auto import disabled, manually import tourament A, which will be misclassified as xx table SNG, then edit tournament A to remove the MTT flag. Now manually import tournament B, then tournament A gets redetected and SNG tag reappears.

So the problem is: when we manually import new tournament, is there anyway to stop HM3 from running detections on previous tournaments?

Please zip and send us two or more sample tournaments for us to try and reproduce this issue with a link to this thread and your forum user name as instructed at the end of this guide.
