That is a false positive. That is the file used to read from the Party Poker client memory so we can display a HUD on Fast Forward tables as allowed by Party. You should submit it to your AntiVirus provider as a false positive.
You can also upload it to virustotal.com to have it scanned to see that it is safe, like I did here. You can see it was (falsely) detected as malicious by only 3 of their 65 definitions and the 3 that wrongly detected it as malicious I have never heard of and wouldn't trust.
Where did you download HM app? Is it an official release or you use a pirated edition? In case you use the latter option, such warns are okay.
