    Default i want my money back

    i want my money back i dinīt payed for this shity buggy software everytime i update i have to lose a bunch of time because i canīt put the license the window just goes blank and canīt put the license. hud edition is way worst than hm2 is lthe same as pokertracker if wanted pokertracker i would not have both this crapp. and is full of bugs sometimes forgets to update stats at zoom. is not giving what it promisses just making me lose time fixing shit

    That being said, we should be able to help you fix the My Licenses window with the steps below:

    This is most likely caused by your Intel graphics drivers but I can't be sure without seeing your log files.
    - Please try to update your graphics driver.
    - If you have multiple graphics cards you can also try switching to your alternate graphics card using these steps.
    - If none of that helps: The only way to resolve this issue is to disable Hardware acceleration in the registry editor as instructed in this thread.

    If none of that helps: Please create a support ticket via the 'Contact Support' link with a link to this thread and your forum username. Please reproduce the problem and attach a set of log files and a screenshot and detailed description of the issue in the support ticket you created.
