Is there a problem with the HM Sync service? For a few days when I want to save my hands to the cloud, I get the following message: "Sync Error: Bag Gateway". Can you tell me more ?

Is there a problem with the HM Sync service? For a few days when I want to save my hands to the cloud, I get the following message: "Sync Error: Bag Gateway". Can you tell me more ?
The HM Sync for HM2 service was shut-down 31Oct2021 as part of the HM2 End Of Life back on 31Dec2020. We had sticky threads on our forums and alerts in the HM2 software about this to let customers know to download/sync one last time before it was shut-down.
Going forward the only way to sync between 2 PC's is manually using a cloud hosting site for your archived hand history files as instructed in this guide.
