It seems fixed for the most part! Maybe a couple definitions are still lagging, not sure yet

It's still happening for me - what is the version it was fixed in? I have also confirmed it's the second opportunity when the update happens.

    Hello,

The update that fixed this issue is in Notecaddy v.2.9.9023.0.

NC should update automatically. Make sure to have the option "prompt for beta updates" on in HM3.

Let me know the version of both HM3 and NC you have running if indeed the issue remain for you after updating.

    Best wishes,

I have that ticked but for some reason still on NC 2.9.9021.0 and my HM is 3.1.21.7756 ... is there a way to manually update it?

edit: Think it's because of my HM3 version. For some reason it won't let me update past 7756 to 7827.

    Hey,

Try these steps and let me know if they worked for you:
    - Closing HM3 and the "Holdem Manager server" icon on the bottom right of your screen.
    - Go to: C:\Users[YourUserName]\AppData\Roaming\Max Value Software\Holdem Manager\3.0\AppsData and MOVE the Notecaddy folder to your desktop to act as a backup
    - Restart HM3 and allow a couple minutes for NC to download and install. Then go to APPS and try to launch it.

That makes NC reinstall, no reason for it not to update.

    Best wishes,

Managed to get your advice to work - will update whether or not it works with the last version of HM3.
