    But the problem with HM3 that its not stable...especially with aps. A lot of ppl complain about that.

    About my case right now im waiting a week for an answer...

    Ok i will wait.

    No, i dont use HM3 bcuz of feedback ive got from other ppl using that on apps. HM2 was working gr8 until this problem, and also other ppl using same notes doesnt have problem(i put all the info in the ticker).

    Hello,

    From my point of view you have two options you can consider:

    -If you have an active licence of HM3/NC you can install it and run it, as it is the most up to date and stable version of both software products you have subscribed (I have been using a 500k hands DB on a i7/14gb RAM/SSD HD setup with absolutely no issues)

    - Ask you friend if he has the installer of the old version of HM2 so you can rollback to that version. That should get it running for now.

    These are only suggestions in an effort to have you up and running as soon as possible. The issue you reported has been forwarded to devs as I told you before, as well as the state of HM2 lifecycle.

    Already did that. I put all the informations in the ticket and still waiting for an answer since 8.12...All the informations regarding your 2nd question is in the ticket your told me to create. i also sent some of the definitions to check...

    Yeah but this leaves me with only the option of buying HM3 and im dont rly want to do that. I will if there is no possibility of resolving the problem with HM2. But my friend is using same notes with HM2 and its working. Can u look at the ticket once again and send me version i asked for ? I will try with the same setup as my friend.

    Hello,

    Eventually upgrading to HM3 will be necessary as time moves forward. I use HM3 and dont have bad things to say also I can notice the improvements being done over time. Some may call me biased but thats my personal opinion.

    Please try to ask your friend if he has the installer for that version of NC you want. I asked to see if we can arrange that but 2.6.0.9 is really outdated. I will let you know in your support ticket.

    Default HM3 + Notecaddy

    I still use HM2 + NC as well, because HM3 was not only inferior product few months ago but without NC literally useless for me!

    Just to be crystal clear.
    If i switch to HM3 i can import all my custom NC notes and they will work flawlessly?
