    Default Some ignition hands not importing in real time

    I'm having an issue where a random hand or 2 does not import while using the HUD. This throws the stats for that particular session off and makes it difficult if you want to mark that particular hand for review. This has only started happening to me in the last few weeks. I have never experienced (or maybe noticed!) this problem before.

    Are they written in the hand history file and not imported? Do they import manually later?

    Please try all the steps in this FAQ. If you continue to have problems please zip and email the problem original hand histories and tournament summaries to us as instructed with a link to this thread and your forum name. Make sure you also include screenshots of your reports/filters and a detailed description by tournament number, session, hole cards, filter, stat, etc. of some of the errors we need to test.

    Please reproduce the problem and screenshot the table/desktop before and after the problems. In the Ignition Hand Grabber (IHG) 'Status' window click the ‘Gear’ icon and select ‘Create Support Bundle’ and send that to us in a support ticket - https://support.holdemmanager.com/support/category/19 - with screenshots of the tables/problems. If the attachment is larger than 10MB please upload them to a file hosting site like https://wetransfer.com/ or https://www.filedropper.com/ and copy/paste the download link directly into the support ticket email.     If you are seeing 'Invalid Initial Stack Errors' in the HM3 - Tools - Import Details/History menus:

    This issue has been documented in detail and provided to the developers to resolve. If you want to be notified when it is fixed please send an email via the 'Contact Support' link and include "Notify Me When IMP-431 Is Resolved" in the subject line and body of the email.

    Yes they appear to be written in the hand history but not imported in real time while using the HUD. They do manually import later.

    Please reproduce the problem and click the 'Send Feedback' button from the left sidebar menu (or from the 'Help' menu at the top), or choose 'Yes' if prompted to submit an error report, and send your logs and config files with a detailed step by step description of the problem that we can use to try and reproduce the problem.* Also include a link to this forum thread and your forum user name.

    You can also attach any screenshots or other files to the Send Feedback interface as long as they don't total over 10 MB (including logs).

    If you are unable to send the logs via the automated system for any reason you can collect and send the logs manually.

    I'm not sure how to recreate the problem. It tends to be random single hands mid session that are missing.
