HM3 replayer not working.

    Default HM3 replayer not working.

    Hi guys,

    my HM3 replayer is not working. everything else is working fine, also HH and hand viewer. But when i click on a hand and wanna see it in the replayer it just does nothing when i click play.
    Currently using last stable version of HM3.

    Please help me, i tried to search for an answer but can't find it.

    Please update to our latest beta version of HM3 from this link - https://www.holdemmanager.com/downlo...3&channel=beta

    Unfortunately this issue is not something we can resolve as it is caused by your Intel graphics drivers.
    - Please try to update your graphics driver - https://www.intel.com/content/www/us...rocessors.html
    - If you continue to have problems: The only way to resolve this issue is to disable Hardware acceleration in the registry editor as instructed in this thread - https://community.intel.com/t5/Graph...1244351/page/2

    Please create a support ticket with a link to this thread and your forum username.

    Please reproduce and screenshot the error and send us both your Windows Event Viewer application logs, and your \Desktop\HM3logs\ folder of files, as instructed below with a detailed description of what you were doing and what problems you were experiencing:

    a) Open Windows Event Viewer's (Control Panel - System & Security - Administrative Tools or Start - Search - 'Event Viewer') - Windows Logs - Applications.
    - Check for any errors and send the information (right-click - Save All Events As...) and compress*/attach that file to this support ticket.
    - Here is a short video showing how to collect those event viewer logs.

    b) Please attach a set of log files and a screenshot and detailed description of the issue in the support ticket you created.

    Note: When sending any files please zip them (select all files with CTRL+A > right-click > send to > compressed folder) before attaching them to an email. If the attachment is larger than 10MB please upload them to a file hosting site wetransfer or filedropper and copy/paste the download link directly into the support ticket email.

    Default hand replayer

    Did u get this fixed mate? ive just got a new laptop and ive the exact same issue

    Did you try updating your graphics drivers, or disabling hardware acceleration, as instructed above to see if that helps?

    a) This is most likely caused by your Intel graphics drivers but I can't be sure without seeing your log files.
    1) Please try to update your graphics driver.
    2) If you continue to have problems: The only way to resolve this issue is to disable Hardware acceleration in the registry editor as instructed in this thread.

    b) If none of that helps: Please create a support ticket via the 'Contact Support' link with a link to this thread and your forum username. Please reproduce the problem and attach a set of log files and a screenshot and detailed description of the issue in the support ticket you created.
