Update payment method for the Annual support and maintenance

I tried to update the payment method but ti doesn't allow me to do it.

Could you help me with this ?, since my annual maintenance expired a few days ago.

Cancel the renewal in your account - subscriptions, then add the new renewal and use the new information.

Hi Chris,

I clicked in ''cancel subscription'' and does nothing (like wont let me cancel the subscription)

What should I do ?

Also, I imagine that I'll conserve my annual subscription price right ?
