Negative stack & broken PFR/VPIP stats

    Question Negative stack & broken PFR/VPIP stats

    Hello,

    As you can see on the screenshot below, in the HM3 replayer all the stacks are -0.13bb and the PFR VPIP stats makes no sense. Im on v3.1.19.7496.

    Could someone help to figure this out ?

    Which specific site/games are you having these problems at?

    Please try to create a new small/test database: File - New Database then manually import some hands via File - Import Folder - from C:\HM2Archive and/or C:\HM3Archive.

    If you continue to have problems: Please zip and email the original problem hand histories and tournament summaries to us as instructed at the bottom of this FAQ with a link to this thread and your forum name. Make sure you also include screenshots of your reports/filters and a detailed description by tournament number, session, hole cards, filter, stat, etc. of some of the errors we need to test.

    I'm playing on Winamax.

    I've tried de create a database and import some hands and the bug is still there. I'm emailng the support, thank you.

    i am having exactly the same problem, on winamax too!

    the numbers showing on the replayers equals the number of bb won or lost during the hand.

    Same here in winamax PKO tournaments.

    Which version of HM3 are you using? If you do not have the new beta version 3.1.19.7496 installed yet please update from the link as instructed in the steps below.

    - Close your poker clients, close HM3 and right-click - 'Exit' the HM3 Server icon in the Windows Notification Tray.
    - Please update to our latest beta version of HM3 from this link.
    - Restart HM3 and make sure HM3 and the HM3 Server (Auto Import/HUD) is fully started.
    - Launch your poker client(s).

    This issue has been documented in detail and provided to the developers to resolve. These changes should be available in the next gold beta release. *While we do not have an exact date for the release, you will receive a prompt to update once available as long as you have enabled the Tools - Settings - General - [x] 'Check for Updates' and [x] 'Prompt for beta updates' options. You can check for new updates via the HM3 - Help - 'Check for updates...' option. You can also check for updates in our HM3 Releases forum here - https://forums.holdemmanager.com/forumdisplay.php?f=278
