    Exclamation [BUG] HUD on Winamax PFR > VPIP & Players with +100% range

    Hello,

    One more day, one more HM3 bug. First of all I have the full NLHE license and I already paid the subscription this year (which will be the last).

    So here are a few examples:

    Player with 95% PFR over 55 hands sample with just 45% VPIP.

    This one is even "funnier". Pop-up shows that the player opened 5 hands on 2 attempts for a 250% range.

    I haven't noticed this on other rooms for now. Only on Winamax this is happening.

    There's not a single month where I don't have either a bug or a feature missing with this.

    - Close your poker clients, close HM3 and right-click - 'Exit' the HM3 Server icon in the Windows Notification Tray.
    - Please update to our latest beta version of HM3 from this link.
    - Restart HM3 and make sure HM3 and the HM3 Server (Auto Import/HUD) is fully started.
    - Launch your poker client(s).

    Please try all the steps in this FAQ. If you continue to have problems please zip and email the problem original hand histories and tournament summaries to us as instructed with a link to this thread and your forum name. Make sure you also include screenshots of your reports/filters and a detailed description by tournament number, session, hole cards, filter, stat, etc. of some of the errors we need to test.

    There's a real problem there! started to complain at the beginning about PT4, I requested the history of knockout tournaments and imported it into a new database, and got a similar pfr curve, I sent a link to the originals sent to me to the Russian thread https://forums.holdemmanager.com/sho...d.php?t=544242

    I've downloaded the new update but haven't test it yet in game. Still I went on to review some hands and the replayer instead of the actual stack size only shows the investment in the hand (in negatives). It might be relevant information. Check photo below.

    It is showing the amount invested. In that case the -350 represents the ante already invested and when you raise 2x it'll show - 6350.

    I can confirm that this is only on Winamax and only on PKO's. We need a fix to this.

    I was already using that version...

    EDIT: after playing a session with that "new" version I can confirm that it's still very bugged. All things mentioned happen:
    - In game HUD is crazy
    - Replayer shows 0 bb's for every player

    at 19.7496 without changes, and it would be strange if it worked, since there were no changes in the version description regarding Winamax

    Please reproduce the problem and:

    a) Take a screenshot of the table/desktop before and after the problems
    - Try to include the Live Play tab, Tools - Import details - Live Play and Errors, your poker client lobby and a browser page of this site visible in the screen shot.

    b) Click the 'Send Feedback' button from the left sidebar menu, or from the 'Help' menu at the top, and send your logs and config files with a detailed description of the problem.
    - You can also attach any screenshots or other files to the Send Feedback interface as long as they don't total over 10 MB (including logs).
    - Attach a copy of the original Hand history for the table with the issue*

    With all the above information we should be able to narrow down what is causing the issue. If all the information is not included we will need to email you again to request it.

    *All original hands that are auto-imported get moved to an archive for performance reasons. Your \HM3Archive is in C:\HM3Archive by default, but you may have put it anywhere. The archive should be organized by \Network\Month\DayOfMonth (example: C:\HM3Archive\SiteName\HM3Archive\2016\07\31). It is configured in the Tools - Settings - Import menu.
