I need a big big help+favor from one of the users who have Breakthrough-HUD because this situation is unbearable, and I'm willing to pay for it.

The support is not supporting, and I can't play without a detailed hud.

Check this path on your computer if you had it installed before: C:\Users\User\AppData\Roaming\Max Value Software\Holdem Manager\3.0\AppsData\NoteCaddy\definitions\Backups .

There is usually backups of changes in the definitions load in Notecaddy there. If you still have a HUD it might be possible to compile an old pack of definitions from there. Just extract the definitions from one of the backup files and recreate notes. Notecaddy is stable right now as far as using it. We are still working on getting back the files and backups for the packs online.
