HM is confusing my poker sites.

Hello HM support, im writing this because HM2 is confusing my poker sites, I explain what I mean:
I move the HUDs and they are organized con Chico under the Name of "Chico Hud"
I organize all the HUDs on Stars, under tha name of "Stars"
When I open a new table at Pokerstars y messes the positions because It autoselect the "Chico hud", and when I click back the HUD "Stars" and Click to accept to use this specific HUD for similar tables (Stars) it also changes the location of the HUD from Chico.
And it doas also the same if I accept the Chico hud for all the similar tables, and then also changes me the Stars Hud positions :S

I dont know how to fix this, please help me.

Its like HM takes Stars and Chico as the same tables.


But the BetOnline hands, are saved in Pacific format, so I dont know why this happens.

Unfortunately HM2 support ended on Dec 31, 2020. You will need to upgrade to HM3 for future technical support. You can read more about the HM2 End Of Life here.

It sounds like maybe your Chico Hand Converter is writing hands in the PokerStars format and I don't think HM2 supports their Chico Hand History format like HM3 does. The only thing I can suggest is to try the HM3 trial for 14 days and see if that solves your issues.
