New Post - how do I get it authorised?

Hi HM,

I'm a new member to the forum but been using the HM product for years.

I'm posted last night an issue with hand replayer not working - still waiting for it to be authorised and posted?

I changed laptops installed the poker clients + HM3 as per usual. Everything works on HM3 all bar hand replayer.
1st time I load up hand replayer it loads but is blank and unresponsive (no cards, villans and hero shown). I close it by pressing the X in top right.
2nd time I load up hand replayer the table loads, cards show - but none of the buttons work or respond. It's annoying I'm experiencing a down swing (30 buyins, can't win a flip atm) and can't go through my post mortem.

Can anyone help? All of my searches just show HM2 or HM1 search results and trying to find a needle in the haystack.
