Default Zone Ignition Card Catcher Displaying Extra Net Won

Is the card catcher functioning correctly?
Two sessions in a row HM3 shows I'm up +$40 than what my ignition balance reveals. Has anyone else had similar issues?

Please try all the steps in this FAQ. If you continue to have problems please zip and email the problem original hand histories and tournament summaries to us as instructed. Make sure you also include screenshots of your reports/filters and a detailed description by tournament number, session, hole cards, filter, stat, etc. of some of the errors we need to test.

It's still improperly documenting hands. During beta for ignition card catcher I had zero problems but now that I begin paying for it, there's issues. I followed all the steps in the FAQ and am still receiving problems.
I don't know which hands it isn't tracking properly because it's over thousands that I play during a session. What exactly do you want me to zip? Can you provide instructions for that as well?

We need you to zip and send all the hands from that session in a support ticket along with screenshots of the sessions reports (and your Ignition cashier before and after the session if possible) and details of the errors and what specific hands might be recorded incorrectly if you know.

All original hands that are auto-imported get moved to an archive for performance reasons. Your \HM3Archive is in C:\HM3Archive by default, but you may have put it anywhere. The archive should be organized by \Network\Month\DayOfMonth (example: C:\HM3Archive\SiteName\2016\07\31).* It is configured in the Tools - Settings - Import menu.

When sending any files please zip them (select all files with CTRL+A > right-click > send to > compressed folder) before attaching them to an email. If the attachment is larger than 10MB please upload them to a file hosting site wetransfer or filedropper and copy/paste the download link directly into the support ticket email.
