HEM3 wont manually import after update

    Default HEM3 wont manually import after update

    I recently purged all my hands at one site (ipoker).
    I then updated HEM3 as prompted.
    Now I have tried to import the hands at this site again by manually selecting File > import folder.
    But it just says 0 hands imported and I cannt find my player name listed (or any at ipoker) when I click on select player at the top.

    Not sure if the update caused this?

    That isn't the right folder. See this:

    It should be

    - C:\Users\username\AppData\Local\skin\data\playerna me\History\Data

    I know that's not right for auto import, but I was trying to do a manual import from a folder I placed on the desktop.

    It normally works fine, but not since the update.

    Anyway I reinstalled HEM3 and went back to the older version and it works again, I will just avoid beta updates in the future because it often breaks something.

    We need to see the files and logs in the beta version.

    Please reproduce the problem and click the 'Send Feedback' button from the left sidebar menu (or from the 'Help' menu at the top), or choose 'Yes' if prompted to submit an error report, and send your logs and config files with a detailed step by step description of the problem that we can use to try and reproduce the problem.* You can also attach any screenshots or other files to the Send Feedback interface as long as they don't total over 10 MB (including logs).
