HM3 showing each hand as an individual session?

My HM3 isn't importing all of my hands, I just finished a session where I won around $30, but I'm having two issues:

1. There are about 30 individual sessions where each hand is showing as an individual session
2. Hands are missing from the database - I played 850 hands and it's only showing as 287 (+ the 30ish individual 1 hands is still well short of the hands it should show)

Please update to our latest stable version 3.1.17.0 of HM3 from this link if you are on an older version still.

Please try all the steps in this FAQ. If you continue to have problems please zip and email the problem original hand histories and tournament summaries to us as instructed. Make sure you also include screenshots of your reports/filters and a detailed description by tournament number, session, hole cards, filter, stat, etc. of some of the errors we need to test.
