Pokerstars color coding problem

Trying to color code PS using NC, but it does not work. When I run the process, it runs only for a second, updates the notes.user.xml with no players, but only the color definition.

Seek on the color definitions finds the right players.
The xml file is the right one (manual coloring in PS shows in the file).
Same (no) result with and without filter. Other notes are generated in NC apparently fine.

Any ideas?
