Stats seem to be working in the replayer, but still only "--" when I actually play

The recent update helped for displaying stats in the replayer, but still nothing at the real tables. Please fix or let us know how we can fix ourselves. Getting annoyed at paying prime dollar for this and not getting any answers or a working product.

Hi Beachking,

Do you mean that stats coming in are not being updated at the tables, or that no stats at all are showing?

I tested at WPN cash games and could see NoteCaddy values on the HUD/Popups.

Which site are you playing at, and which types of games?

Have you tried resetting and reprocessing the notes in NoteCaddy?

I play stars and 888 cash nl cash games.

Resetting and reprocessing doesn't help.
