did hm2 stopped working?

Hello!

Did holdem manager stopped working because you are not updating it anymore?

Because when I start it I get normal starting screen and than I get black screen and normal starting screen again and that last for few minutes. And than I get message HM2 cannot connect to postgreSQL database server. This wizzard will try to help find a solution. Click "next" to begin.

And when I click next it says connect to postgreSQL database. Please enter your postgreSQL information and click retry connection.

I have set up:
Server: 127.0.0.1
port: 5432
user: postgres
password: postgresspass

Any help?

Unfortunately HM2 support ended on Dec 31, 2020. I am happy to still try to assist you with this particular ticket but please be advised going forward that you will need to upgrade to HM3 for future technical support. You can still use your HM3 license but we no longer update HM2 or provide HM2 support. You can read more about the HM2 End Of Life here.

This is usually a firewall or windows update issue and the following guide gives a step by step guide.

If you continue to have problems, please reproduce the problem and send your HM2Logs folder in a support ticket with screenshots and a detailed description of what you were doing and what problems you were experiencing, with a link to this thread and your forum name.

I have tried to turn off windows firewall and windows defender and tried to run HM2 as admin and it still didnt work. So that means that windows firewall and windows defender arent the issue?
