Importing GGPoker Game Summaries

This month GGPoker allowed the download of game summaries (tournament histories) for Spin and Gold in pokercraft. I tried to import these game summaries to populate the tournament info in my hand history, but I can not import these files. When I try it, HM3 give me an error "Unrecognized file format". Is it possible to import them in HM3?

Please try all the steps in this FAQ. If you continue to have problems please zip and email the problem original hand histories and tournament summaries to us as instructed. Make sure you also include screenshots of your reports/filters and a detailed description by tournament number, session, hole cards, filter, stat, etc. of some of the errors we need to test.

We do not support the import of these tournament summary files yet. This issue has been documented in detail and provided to the developers to resolve. If you want to be notified when support is added please send an email via the 'Contact Support' link and include "Notify Me When IMP-320 Is Resolved" in the subject line and body of the email.

I'm trying to import GG Poker Tournament hand histories and it doesn't seem to be working. I am trying downloading every tournament separately from Poker craft but still cant import it to my Holdem Manager 3. HM3 is importing them, but i cant see graph nor hands.

You have to import the hand history files, before you import the tournament summary files.

GG Poker writes your hero screen name in the anonymous hand history files as 'Hero' as shown in the first linked image - - https://www.dropbox.com/s/bh3mnw2x8r...0name.png?dl=0

If you have already played some hands for that site and the hands imported without error you just need to switch the active player, and/or create an alias if you play multiple sites, as instructed in this guide - https://kb.holdemmanager.com/knowled...reate-an-alias

If you want to see your anonymous opponent names in the Player Select menu and Reports for review you need to toggle on a setting to see those names as shown in the other 2 linked images.
