I have downloaded the software, but whenever I am using it after 10 to 15 minutes it starts showing this error. What should I do?

Please update to our latest beta version of HM3 from this link - https://www.holdemmanager.com/downlo...3&channel=beta

If you continue to have problems: Please reproduce and screenshot the error then collect, zip and attach your \Desktop\HM3logs files, the screenshots and details of what steps preceded the error to a support ticket - https://support.holdemmanager.com/su...les-to-support
    Regards udbrky (Chris)

    Default Rent laptop

Okay I will try this and will let you know. I am using a rental laptop, so I have to give it back to the company after a week. Will my data be deleted when I will delete the software from the laptop?

You will need to uninstall the software then manually delete (backup to an external drive before deleting if you need these files later) your original hand history files, databases, and user settings files.

    - Original hand history files get archived to C:\HM3Archive
    - Databases are stored in C:\Users\{UserName}\Documents\Holdem Manager 3\Databases
    - User settings are stored in C:\Users\{UserName}\AppData\Roaming\Max Value Software\Holdem Manager\3.0
    - If you can't see it, turn off the windows option that is hiding that directory.
