Rebuy/Addon/Prizes are not added automatically

I am currently playing tournaments and using iPoker poker client. I started noticing that HM3 adds rebuy/addon/prizes information on some tournaments but not all of them. Even though they are all the same tournaments. Is there a fix for this other than to manually add this information?

Are these 8max MTT? If so, we have this documented for our developers and it is awaiting review. This issue has been documented in detail and provided to the developers to resolve. If you want to be notified when it is fixed please send an email via the 'Contact Support' link and include "Notify Me When HMT-5507 Is Resolved" in the subject line and body of the email.

If they are not 8max MTT: Please zip and email the original problem hand histories and tournament summaries to us as instructed at the bottom of this FAQ. Make sure you also include screenshots of your reports/filters and a detailed description by tournament number, session, hole cards, filter, stat, etc. of some of the errors we need to test.

They are 6-max, I still want to go through my results before I send anything. I realized I've been playing on multiple devices. Still I think I saw some data was not correct. Will send if I find errors. Thanks for the reply.
