WPN - ICM not adjusted winnings

Dear Support Team,

I know that WPN HHs don't have buyin information included, so I have edited the tournament with the missing information (total buyin, rake, prize). After doing it, ICM winnings still don't show up. I have restarted the software, tried the "detect" option but nothing happens. Is there any way to see the ICM results for WPN sng tournaments (I play simple 9man 50-30-20 turbos).

Are you also saving and auto importing the C:\Site Name\TournamentSummary files for these games as instructed in this FAQ?

If you continue to have problems: Please zip and email the original problem hand histories and tournament summaries to us as instructed at the bottom of this FAQ. Make sure you also include screenshots of your reports/filters and a detailed description by tournament number, session, hole cards, filter, stat, etc. of some of the errors we need to test.
