Notecaddy defintions cannot be imported after update

I understand that that Notecaddy expires around these dates.
I purchased a subscription however only a select few of my def (15 maybe out of my 200 show up).
When I try to import them. They don't show up on the list.
It creates a list of note creatoin to do but when I click , it doesn't go through.
Basically this update broke my notecaddy and all my defs. Any suggestion?

Can you please upload one of your definitions that is not importing for you, so that we can try to test with it and figure out the cause?
