HEM3 doesnt record bountys from winamax fr tournaments

So, thats my problem, i play at stars and winamax both bounty and regular tourneys and Hem3 documents bounty tourneys from stars perfectly, but doesnt document bountys from winamax at all, only regular itm is documented to winamax bounty tourneys. Are you aware of this problem? And i even cant do it manually because it messes the buy in from the tourney i change bounty.

Is there anything to do with this problem?

Make sure you are importing tournament summaries as well as hand histories.

Please try all the steps in this FAQ. If you continue to have problems please zip and email the problem original hand histories and tournament summaries to us as instructed. Make sure you also include screenshots of your reports/filters and a detailed description by tournament number, session, hole cards, filter, stat, etc. of some of the errors we need to test.
