I don't get interconnection between next 3 states in 3bet pot. Which are: FoldtoFlopCbet3BetPot, FlopfoldtoCB3BetPot & FoldVSFlopCbet3BetPotIP

1)FoldtoFlopCbet3BetPot (49/146) is for cases of fold and check-fold - means it should include cases for both IP & OOP too, right?
2)FlopFoldtoCB3BetPot (44/141) is for cases of only fold (without check-fold) - means it is only for IP, right?
3)FoldVSFlopCbet3BetPotIP (29/79) fold in IP - means it is only for IP.
Let's sum up:1) all cases of fold; 2)IP cases of fold; 3) again IP cases of fold as number (2). Am I wright? But 2) and 3) have different times (numbers of cases) of happening respectively (44/141) and (29/79). What is the catch?
(P.S: There are exact numbers of cases for the same (random) opponent in parentheses.)

1) Flop Fold vs CBet 3Bet Pot = Percent of time player folds or check-folds on the flop when facing a CB in a 3get Pot
2) Flop Fold to CB - 3BetPot = Percent of time player folds on flop when facing a continuation bet in 3Bet pot
3) Flop Fold vs CB 3Bet IP = Percent of time player folds on flop in position when facing a continuation bet in 3Bet pot
