cant purge or export hands

i am trying to either purge all the hands from the stakes lower than the one i'm now playing at or export just the hands for the stake im playing at which can then be imported into a new database

i cant get either to work

when i try to export hands the progress bar is immediately at about 15% and then doesn't move, for hours, even when i filter it to only export one days play at less than 1k hands.

nothing appears in the "exported" folder at all

when i try to purge hands it says "purging hands" in the bottom bar in the software but the progress bar goes immediately to 2% and again, just stays there.

i left it running overnight and in the morning, still at 2%

am i missing something?

Please reproduce the problem and click the 'Send Feedback' button from the left sidebar menu (or from the 'Help' menu at the top), or choose 'Yes' if prompted to submit an error report, and send your logs and config files with a detailed step by step description of the problem that we can use to try and reproduce the problem.* Also include a link to this forum thread and your forum user name.

If you are unable to send the logs via the automated system for any reason you can collect and send the logs manually.

Thanks for the reply but it looks like ive wasted your time

i thought id give it one last try before giving up for the night and for no explainable reason the export hands is now working.

must be my not very good pc
