I've been using "ignition card catcher" for quite some time but now hm3 only saves the hands from reg tables but not from zone...any advice?

Please reproduce the problem and screenshot the table/desktop before and after the problems. In the Ignition Hand Grabber (IHG) 'Status' window click the ‘Gear’ icon and select ‘Create Support Bundle’ and send that to us in a support ticket with screenshots of the tables/problems. If the attachment is larger than 10MB please upload them to a file hosting site like filedropper.com and copy/paste the download link directly into the support ticket email. Please see this FAQ for more detailed instructions.

The Ignition Hand Grabber (IHG) app does not write Zone hands by default but you can enable it from the Status menu of the IHG app. You can read more about how to enable it, and why it is disabled by default, in this FAQ.
Thank you very much for the response...i tried with hand grabber today but my hud sometimes gets disordered or it just desappears.
I never had that problem with ignition card catcher.
I'd like to know if a can use IHG just for zonePoker and use my older ICC for reg tables (as hud only shows on regs and not on zone).

If the Ignition Hand Grabber (IHG) app HUD is not working on regular tables first make sure you have the latest beta version of HM3 installed which has fixes for the IGN HUD on regular and Zone tables.
- Close your poker clients, close HM3 and right-click - 'Exit' the HM3 Server icon in the Windows Notification Tray.
- Please update to our latest beta version of HM3 from this link - https://www.holdemmanager.com/downlo...3&channel=beta
- Restart HM3 and make sure HM3 and the HM3 Server (Auto Import/HUD) is fully started.
- Launch your poker client(s).

I do not think that is possible but I have never used the ICC software myself. If you are using ICC I would recommend you disable our Ignition Hand Grabber (IHG) app and remove the auto import folder from the HM3 - Tools - Site Settings... menu then just download and manually import the Zone/All hands 24 hours later as the Zone hands we grab during live play are not 100% complete as explained in this FAQ.
