Hud not working on 888poker.pt on nl 25 snap tables

I recently started to play nl 20 on 888poker.pt and the hud was working fine on the regular tables, but when I tried nl 25 snap the hud does not work, hands are imported but the hud does not appear.
The strange thing is that it works on nl10 snap tables and on for nl 20 normal tables it works as well.
I'm using the version v3.1.15.0 and I have the full license with no limit restrictions

I am not aware of any issues specific to those tables on that site. Please see our HUD Troubleshooting FAQ and reproduce the issue then send the requested logs, screenshots, and hand history files in a support ticket as instructed at the bottom of that FAQ with a link to this forum thread and your forum username.

The troubleshooting didn´t help since the hud is working on every other table I tested from nl 25 down. I'm goin to replicate the problem and send all the information you asked.
