Problem importing hands

Hi, I just bought HM3 but I can't import my hands.
I play on Party poker and they told me they don't import the hands played straight to the computer. I had to do it manually, which I did but still when I want to import them it doesn't work.
Some help would be great, thanks!

Hello Zeddicus,

I am sorry to hear that you are experiencing trouble.

Some Party skins are no longer writing hand history files. You have to request them from them. Unzip the file in your downloads folder and use File - Import folder to import them.

Make sure that your reports are set to your Party name.

You need to click that button at the top of the Reports then click 'Select Player...' and switch to one of your own screen names, or create an alias of all your screen names and switch to that, as shown in the linked images below.
