Default Size of "Player Notes" Window

It would be great if "Player Notes" window remembered the size and location of the window from previously. Any way to do this?

Every time I click on "Player Notes", I have to resize it to prevent text wrapping, and drag it to a different location.

The text size is also too small. Any way to increase it?

    Thanks
