    Default Hands with RIT on WPN blitz cashgame do not show correct adj-ev.

    For a few days they included Run it twice in the WPN. When we are on allin and the RIT is active the adj-ev says that there is no deviation, even if in reality there was. If I go back to the hand in the replayer it says that the hand ended, without deviation from the ev, when I went allin, without showing the runouts of the 2 boards.

    We are still working to add support for these new hands to HM3.

    This issue has been documented in detail and provided to the developers to resolve. If you want to be notified when it is fixed please send an email via the 'Contact Support' link and include "Notify Me When IMP-250 Is Resolved" in the subject line and body of the email.

    When you send that email can you also please zip/attach some all-in hands for us to attach to the developer ticket please? When sending WPN hand history files you have to zip the entire day folder for those hands. The WPN file names are so long now that they can not be attached to our support ticket system unless they are zipped up inside of a parent folder with a shorter folder name.

    I added your comment to IMP-250 but the developer told me to write up a new ticket for the EV issues so we definitely need you to send us some of the hands with screenshots/details of the errors as instructed at the end of this FAQ.

    yesterday I opened a ticket where I attached the hand history of a full day.
    to the ticket, now, I also add screenshots of the wrong hands!

    I wrote up all the issues into a new ticket IMP-259 but the developer wants us to split it up into multiple tickets, one ticket for the EV and one for the hand viewer and replayer. I asked our QA/Testing Manager if he could do that as I am slammed with customer support tasks the rest of the day.
