HM2 to HM3 conversion

Hello,

Sorry if this has been raised multiple times.

I have HM2 currently and i am looking to move over to HM3. I would like to take advantage of the free trial first to see if i like it. can i use the free trial and transfer my hand histories over?

How easy is it to move the database from HM2 to HM3

We have a 14 day trial and a 14 day refund period after purchase. When you install HM3 the setup wizard will give you an option to import the HM2 database and HUDs. If you skip those steps during the setup wizard you can import the HM2 database via the HM3 File menu option, and the HUDs can be imported from the HM2 HUD menu option. You can also export individual HUD profiles from the HM2 HUD Designer and import them via the HM3 HUD - HUD Editor... - Options button menu options.

Thank You for your reply. so just to clarify if i download the free trial and go through the wizard step be step the hud database from HM2 will automatically transfer to HM3?

There will be an option to create a new HM3 database then an option to not import any hands, to manually import hand history files, or to import a HM2 database. There will be another option to select which HM2 HUD profiles you want to import from HM2 to HM3. If you miss/skip those steps you can do it at any point later via the HM3 File and HUD menus as shown in the attached images.
