saving a hand while playing

I played with hm3 first on my laptop and now on my desktop pc. I am multitabling. When I saved a hand while playing on my laptop, the hand saving "tool" only showed the last 5 hands of a particular table. Now he is mixing all tables together(on my desktop-pc). How do I set it up like on my laptop?

What site/games? I believe this is by design on some site's fast-fold (i.e. Zoom) tables.
