HM3 dont move hand history files from poker client path but every time I restart HM3, it archive the same hand history file again. With HM2 dont happen that.

Are all those files the same exact size?
Some clients will lock the files in the hand history folder and HM3 can't archive them unless the site software is closed then the HM3 client and HM3 server are restarted.
- Close your poker clients, close HM3 and right-click - 'Exit' the HM3 Server icon in the Windows Notification Tray.
- Restart HM3 and make sure HM3 and the HM3 Server (Auto Import/HUD) is fully started.
- Launch your poker client(s).

Suddenly the problem was solved magically. Only had problems with hands history of 26-27-28 of february that not was moved, only copied a lot of times, and only with HM3 (HM2 ok). Issue seems fixed.Originally Posted by fozzy71
