Hello telipych,
Are you using HM2 or HM3? If you are using HM3, have you purchased NoteCaddy? I'm asking because in the free version of NC the caddyscatter appears the way that you're describing.
If you are using HM2 or you have a NC license for HM3, then you should try reset your NC settings and see if it solves the issue.
HM3 Resetting NC Settings:
Be aware that doing this will change your settings in NoteCaddy back to their default settings. *To do this, close HM3 and the server. *Navigate to C:\Users\YOURUSERNAME\AppData\Roaming\Max Value Software\Holdem Manager\3.0\AppsData\NoteCaddy. *Delete these files (if you don't see some of them it's OK):*
ActiveColorLayout.xml
ActiveNoteLayout.xml
caddylayoutEx.xml
CaddySettings.xml
default_ActiveColorLayout.xml
default_ActiveNoteLayout.xml
default_caddylayoutEx.xml
default_InactiveColorLayout.xml
default_InactiveNoteLayout.xml
defaultmappings.xml
InactiveColorLayout.xml
InactiveNoteLayout.xml
Start HM3, and go back into NoteCaddy. *You can adjust your settings in NoteCaddy -> File -> Settings to your preferences again.

HM2 Resetting NC Settings:
Be aware that doing this will change your settings in NoteCaddy back to their default settings.
*Resetting HM2 NC Settings*
1. To reset NC to factory defaults, close HM2 and go into: C:\Users\[WindowsUsername]\AppData\Roaming\HoldemManager.
2. In this directory move all of your .xml files into a new folder (these serve as backup files).
3. Restart HM2, go back into NoteCaddy. Import your ColorDefinitions.xml that you backed up previously (NoteCaddy → Tools → Import Color Definitions).
4. Once that is done, then go into NoteCaddy → File → Settings, adjust them to your preferences.
5. Reset and reprocess the notes: http://wiki.assaultware.com/How-to-r...ddy-notes.ashx
