Install Fail - Fails to connect once username and password entered

Evening All,

Is someone able to help me with an install issue? During the installation HM3 asks for my username and passwword, once this is entered it falls into some sort of searching loop?

I have attached a snip of the problem...I have tried restarting and allowing HM3 and Server on the Firewall allow list but no luck...

Some peoples like me had the same problem, even with HM3 already installed.

I think this was down to a dodgy WiFi connection I have hard wired it in and seems to have taken the username and password now.

I had same issue always was down for hours seems to be working now

We had a temporary issue with our server which is now resolved and we apologize for any inconvenience caused. Please try to launch and login to HM3 again.
- Close your poker clients, close HM3 and right-click - 'Exit' the HM3 Server icon in the Windows Notification Tray.
- Restart HM3 and login with your account email/password combination again.
